Browsing this site and using its local e-mail draft tool are free. No user account is required.
2. Technical requirements and use
Use a current browser with internet access. JavaScript enables animation and the e-mail draft tool; the core content and direct e-mail address remain available without it. Preparing a draft requires a configured e-mail application. Do not use the site to send unlawful content, interfere with security or infringe others’ rights. You may stop using the site at any time by closing it; no subscription is created.
3. Enquiries, contracts and prices
An enquiry starts a discussion; the draft tool does not place an order, take payment or conclude a design or renovation contract. Services require an individually agreed scope, specification, price and schedule. No price list is published on this site. Consumer quotations will state the total gross price including applicable VAT and any known additional charges, or the method of calculation where the price cannot reasonably be determined in advance. Mandatory pre-contractual information is provided before a contract is concluded.
4. Consumer rights
These website terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights, including any applicable withdrawal, complaint or statutory remedy rights. Any commercial guarantee is provided only under its stated terms and does not replace statutory remedies. The information on this site does not waive rights that apply to a particular contract. Applicable information will be provided with the proposed contract.
5. Images and specifications
Interior images illustrate design concepts and are not presented as photographs of completed AK31 projects. Materials, colours, dimensions and proposed arrangements are illustrative and are confirmed in the individual design and contract. Do not rely on a visualisation as construction documentation. Rights to website materials remain with their respective rights holders; ordinary viewing and uses permitted by law remain allowed.
6. Website complaints and contact
Report a website or draft-tool problem to [email protected] or the company postal address, describing the page and issue and providing a means of reply. Do not send passwords or sensitive documents. We respond within 14 calendar days of receiving a website complaint. Complaints concerning contracted work are handled under the applicable contract and mandatory law.
7. Privacy and versions
