Turnkey should describe an agreed result. For a Warsaw home, that means making clear who designs, orders, installs and checks each part of the interior, and what is ready at handover.
Define what turnkey means for your home
A full interior fit-out may bring together design, preparation, installation work, floors, wall finishes, doors and fitted furniture. Appliances, loose furniture, lighting fittings and decoration are not automatically included: list them in the scope. Agree who purchases each item, who checks dimensions and what happens if a chosen product is unavailable.
An estimate organised around the scope
A useful quotation identifies work packages, materials, quantities and exclusions. Changes to a room layout or finish can affect several trades, so a variation should be described and priced before it is carried out. For a consumer, the offer should show the total gross price with applicable VAT and known additional costs, or an agreed calculation method where a total cannot yet be established.
Ordering and sequencing
Joinery, stone, doors and lighting can have different delivery requirements. Confirm key dimensions and technical interfaces before ordering. The schedule should allow for inspections of hidden work, drying and curing requirements, deliveries and final measurements. A completion date should be based on the actual scope and dependencies rather than a generic promise for every property.
Handover as a defined stage
Set out how the finished scope will be inspected, how outstanding items are recorded and which documents or care instructions are provided. Any commercial guarantee should identify its provider, duration, coverage and procedure. Statutory consumer rights are separate and remain applicable. Is furnishing part of a turnkey renovation?
It can be included when expressly listed. Confirm whether the quotation covers fitted cabinetry, appliances, loose furniture, lamps and installation.
Is there a fixed price per square metre?
This site does not offer a universal price per square metre. Existing condition, materials, installations and the inclusion of furnishings change the scope substantially.
Can I coordinate the project from outside Warsaw?
