Design and renovation project management

A drawing is only as good as its execution. With this service we design your interior and then stay with the project until handover: we coordinate the contractors, answer their questions, check quality at each stage and keep the schedule and budget visible to you.

What is included

With your own contractors

If you already have a builder, we work alongside them. We hand over the drawings, walk through them with the team, agree the sequence of works and stay available for questions. At agreed stages we check the work: before walls are closed up, before tiling, before joinery is installed and before painting.

Our role is to protect the design and your interests. When something on site does not match the drawings, we raise it early, explain the options and help you decide.

With partner teams we select

If you do not have a contractor, we can propose partner teams for each trade. We prepare the scope of works from the design, collect offers and help you compare them on the same basis. You sign directly with the contractor or, if you prefer one contract, choose our turnkey service instead.

In every case, responsibilities are set out in writing before the works begin: design, supervision, construction, supply and warranty.

What changes compared with design only

With design only, your contractor interprets the drawings alone. With coordination, decisions on site are made with the designer present: a pipe that cannot be moved, a wall that is not straight, a product that is no longer available. These moments decide whether the finished room matches the design.

Coordination also saves you time. Instead of managing several trades, you receive one clear update and are asked only for the decisions that are truly yours.

Projects abroad and remote clients

Many of our clients live in one country and renovate in another. We organise the project so you do not need to be on site every week: regular video calls, a shared folder with drawings and reports, and visits at the key stages. The frequency of visits is agreed in the proposal for each project.

Individual services

Need only part of it? Questions

Can you coordinate a contractor I have already hired?

Yes. We agree the scope of our supervision with you and introduce ourselves to the contractor. The contractor remains responsible for the quality of their work under their own contract with you.

Who signs the contract with the builders?

With this service you sign directly with the contractors, whether they are your own or partners we propose. If you want one contract for everything, choose our turnkey service.

How often do you visit the site?

We work both remotely and on site, so distance is not an obstacle. The number of visits depends on the stage and the location. Typical visits are before closing walls, before tiling, before joinery and at handover, plus checks when needed. The plan is set out in the proposal.

Can you take over a project that has already started?

Yes. We first review the current state, the drawings and the contracts, and then propose how to continue.

Do you also help with furniture and decoration?

Yes. We work with more than forty manufacturers of furniture, kitchens, natural stone, lighting and joinery, and can select, order and install everything as part of the project.
